PRIVACY POLICY

 

This privacy policy entered into force on march 15, 2024

                 PREFACE

 

  1. The "ARNI LEGAL AID" limited liability company (hereinafter ARNI center) guarantees the privacy of each user (hereinafter User), including the compliance with the legislation on protection of the personal data.

  2. This privacy policy (hereinafter privacy Policy) refers to the website of the ARNI center, the cell supplement of the Website, the social network pages of the ARNI center and the information technologies, which the ARNI center has created and which the Users use

  3. Before the registration of the personal data we ask to get introduced with the Privacy policy.

  4. The purpose of the Privacy policy is the preservation of the information existing in the database of the donors and the Users’ personal data privacy, as well as providing complete information on preservation of the data.

  5. The provisions established by privacy policy cannot contain any discrimination, also depending on gender, race, color of skin, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion, world view, political or other views, belonging to national minority, property condition, birth, invalidity, age or other circumstances of personal or social character.

                   THE POLICY OF THE CHANGES AND ADDITIONS

 

  1. The ARNI center is reserved to change or add the Privacy policy in its discretion at any moment.

  2. After publishing the amendments and addenda of the requirements of the Rules and the Website, if the User continues making use of the Website, then he/she accepts the amendments made and (or) addenda.:

  1. The ARNI center as a company processing the User’s personal data, on one hand guarantees that the processing of the personal data fully corresponds with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, but on the other hand, ensures the balance between my own and the User’s interests.

  2. The ARNI center excludes that the processing of the personal data can any way violate the Users’ rights and dignity.

  3. The ARNI center has the right to independently collect only such additional personal data about the User, for which the User’s consent is not required.

  4. To approve the registration permission the ARNI center can ask the User to provide his/her additional information for identifying it, in order the ARNI center can compare them with the User’s filled in personal data.

 

RESTRICTIONS OF MAKING USE OF THE WEBSITE BY MINOR CHILDREN

 

  1. The Website does not register personal data on the minors.

  2. ​​The persons not turned 18 (eighteen years) is not permitted to visit the Website, as well as to register personal data.

  3. The ARNI center urges the parents and the legal representatives of the minors to control the use of the internet by their children and to instruct their children never provide their personal data to the Website.

  4. If the parents and the legal representatives have bases to suppose that their minor child has provided personal data to the Website, then it is necessary to contact the ARNI center, and the ARNI center will delete the minor child’s provided personal data.

 

THE USER’S RIGHTS

 

  1. The User’s rights, depending on the place of residence, can be restricted in accordance with the legislation in force on the protection of the personal data of the state of the latter’s place of residence.

  2. If there are questions on the legislation of the state of the User’s place of residence, please contact the ARNI center.

 

THE USER’S RIGHT TO CORRECT HER PERSONAL DATA

 

  1. The User has the right to ask the ARNI center at any moment to correct any inaccurate personal information being preserved in the Website.

  2. The ARNI center on its turn also makes reasonable efforts for rectifying the non accurate personal information on the User.

 

THE USER’S RIGHT TO DELETE HER PERSONAL DATA

 

 

  1. Each User has a right to require from the ARNI center to delete his/her personal data available on the Website with certain exception.

  2. The User’s request to delete the personal data can be refused exclusively in cases prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

  3. After confirming the User’s registration the ARNI center is obliged to delete the additional personal data received from the User, which the ARNI center has required for identifying the User.

THE USER’S DUTY OF MAKING AN INQUIRY

 

  1. Only the User or the person, whom the User has given a power of attorney established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia to act on his/her behalf, can make an inquiry on the User’s personal data.

  2. To check the User’s inquiry sufficient information on the User is required, in order the ARNI center be ensured that the User is the person about whom the personal data is required.

  3. The ARNI center cannot answer the User’s request to provide the requiring personal data, if he/she cannot confirm the User’s identity or given authorization.

  1. The ARNI center collects personal data, when the User visits the Website, or the User requires by email additional information on the current services on the Website.

AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED OTHER INFORMATION

THE PRESERVATION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The ARNI center can preserve the User’s personal data as long as it is necessary for the implementation of the goals, for which the User has registered on the website, if other thing is not designed between the ARNI center and the User signed by the contract or by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

  1. Links to other websites or resources can be inserted on the Website. Those links are inserted only for the convenience of the Users, but the ARNI center does not control the content of those websites or resources and does not bear the responsibility, which can occur from their use.
